Registration

Registration for the regatta takes place on Regatta Central. Coaches will need to create an account on Regatta Central. Once an account has been created, coaches can enter team rosters, enter events and create boating lists. All coaches, managers and rowers in the regatta must also complete an online safety survey on Regatta Central and complete an online Waiver of Liability.

When the online registration process is completed, the entry form should be printed and sent with your entry fee to the Quinsigamond Rowing Assoication at the address below.

Entries must be received no later than the entry deadline .

More than one entry per event ( "B" entry ) may be entered by a school, provided the additional entry does not force the creation of a new heat. If an additional heat is required because of the number of "B" entries in an event then no "B" entries will be allowed in that event.

Only complete entries will be accepted.
To be considered complete, entries must include all of the following:

    Sent to the QRA by the entry deadline
  1. Completed entry form. (Printed from the Regatta Central website)
  2. Payment in full.
  3. A completed Rowing Equipment Compliance Form.
  4. " Certificate of Insurance " (may be sent separately)

    Entered Online at Regatta Central
  1. Entries (Rosters, Events entered and Boating Lists)
  2. Participant Waivers (By each competitor and coach following the completion of the safety survey)

Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Note - Please send entries early. Do not use delivery methods that require a signature at the time of delivery. Such methods may delay your entry.
