Crews and coxswains may weigh-in at any time after 7:30 AM but no later than their assigned time on the day of the regatta. Weigh-ins shall take place in order of the event's appearance in the race schedule by lane. Events with heats will be weighed-in ahead of events with finals only. Weigh-in will take place at Regatta Point. All members of a lightweight crew must be present to weigh-in. Crews and coxswains are required to weigh-in only once during the regatta. Failure to weigh-in by the assigned time will result in disqualification. The weigh-in schedule will be posted here following the Seeding Meeting and will also be posted at the regatta office and will be available at the coaches and coxswains meeting the day of the regatta. The Lightweight Weigh-in Schedule is set approximately one week prior to the regatta following the Seeding Meeting.
