We will include all results submitted via our Race Results Reporting website on the the weekly results page. Results submitted by other means (emailed, faxed or mailed in) will not be posted on the weekly results page. All results submitted online are turned over to the seeding committee following the close of entries.

A word about reporting race results and seeding.

The accuracy of any method of seeding is only as good as the quantity and quality of the results provided. We cannot emphasize strongly enough how important it is for every school to provide results. In order to provide the Seeding Committee with complete and consistent information, coaches of host schools are asked to submit the results of any of their races held between Monday and Sunday of each week to the QRA each Sunday by 8PM. If there is absolutely no way you can use the submission form, contact the QRA for instructions.

It is advisable for all coaches to check the weekly results page to make sure posted results are complete and accurate. If results are missing or inaccurate, please contact the host school before contacting us to make corrections.

A minimum of two race results are required for all events you plan to enter. Accurate seeding is not possible with out the information provided by the coaches. Please make every effort to get your results to the seeding committee promptly.

Schools not submitting results will not be seeded.
